Description:

The recruiter is responsible for identifying, screening and managing candidates.  This position works with the recruiting team to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates through out the hiring process. This position will build a healthy partnership between the terminal staff and driver partners.

To preform this job successfully, an individual must be able to preform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements  listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify, assess and recruit qualified talent to fulfill job orders.
  • Update, review, and actively utilize JazzHR in recruitment activities 
  • Preform weekly interviews in line with performance objectives.
  • Generate leads vis profession relationship, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/hiring efforts.
  • Collaborate with teammates to fulfill open position across other line of business and or national practices as appropriate,

  • Education and Experience:


     
  • College diploma in business administration or similar
  • Previous experience in recruiting or business development a nice to have.
