Introducing our Driver Team Matching Program

Many of our delivery partners run their own teams of drivers. These teams are independent businesses that hold a contract with Precision, and they're growing. Through this new program, we'll match you with an established team that's looking for drivers, so you can start delivering on Precision routes as part of that team.

Our first opening: Winkler, Manitoba

A team lead in Winkler is looking for additional drivers. Here's what to expect:

• Where you'd start: Drivers meet at the station at 3-319 Manitoba Road, Winkler, MB.
• Your vehicle: You use your own vehicle. Large SUVs and minivans are preferred.
• How you're paid: for each package you deliver

What you should know up front

• You'd join a team, not Precision. The team is its own business, operating under contract with Precision.
• The team pays you, not Precision. Your pay is per package delivered, and your schedule and expectations are agreed with the team you're matched with.
• Precision makes the introduction. We'll do our best to match you with a team that suits your area and availability, but we are not your employer or your payer.

Joining an established team can be a practical way to get on the road, learn the routes and build delivery experience, with the support of people who already do this work every day.

Requirements:

• Must have a vehicle: Large SUV's Minivan, Cargo Van, Sprinter, Transit, Promaster, GMC Savana  
• Must have a Class 5 License or higher. 
• Must have $2 million Liability coverage
• Ability to manipulate, shift, move, and lift up to 50lbs. 
• Must have a clean driving record/driver's abstract. 
• Able to commit to early morning start times before 7am
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and Dependable 
• Able to drive in all types of weather
